Grandparents Meet with Grade 2 Students
Today we have successfully accomplished a wonderful program "Grandparents Meet with Grade 2 Students". Children asked the questions to the Grandparents regarding their school days, leisure time and games they would play during their days. Also they requested to sing a song of their time which was accepted by the Grandparents and sang too.
The Grandparents were happy to know about the school history, legacy that the Chairperson and Executive Director Indira Shrestha has been maintaining as a daughter of Late Patrons Indra Bhakta Shrestha and Jawahar Devi Shrestha.
Connecting Grandparents to Grand children was the major theme of the program which was attended by almost 25 Grandparents. They thanked the school for inviting them in such a wonderful program. The program was facilitated by the teachers of the same level. Thank you once again for all the Grand parents who attended and replied to children's queries.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Lalitpur Metropolitan City , Mayor Chiribabu Maharjan and his entire team for acknowledging I.J Pioneer High School as the Outstanding Performing School in SEE 2082 B.S.
Ronisha Shrestha and Rahee Maharjan (GPA 4) achievers were awarded with 2 Lakhs Rupees each. The school was awarded with a Certificate of Appreciation.
Special thanks to the Chairperson and Executive Director Indira Shrestha who guided and led the school. Thanks to all the teachers who worked very hard. And we highly praise and appreciate the students of SEE Batch 2082 who could achieve such a wonderful result in the history.

Teacher’s Day 2083 #
Today on the occasion of Happy Teacher’s Day, the Chairperson and Executive Director Indira Shrestha thanked all the teachers for their outstanding job. She said “Being in such a responsible profession, it’s always a 24/7 job which needs a big respect”.
Taking care of the students, imparting pragmatic knowledge that adds on their values will be noted in the long run by the students too.
The teachers were offered a School NoteBook and Sweets as a part of memory.
The Principal also urged all the teaching faculties to be updated with the modern trends as per the motto of I.J Pioneer High School.
Once again Happy Teacher’s Day.

Service in Honor of Late Patron Jawahar Devi Shrestha #
Today we gather with deep respect and gratitude to honor the cherished memory of our Late Founder Patron Jawahar Devi Shrestha who had lived a charismatic life of 101 years. Though, she is no longer with us in person but her values, dreams and desire to make the school bigger shall always be our mantra. Happy face all the time, cool personality, disciplined life and supportive nature would always remain in our memory.
Addressing the school assembly, School Head Boy and Head Girl highlighted the take away message from the life of Late Founder Patron Jawahar Devi Shrestha. Nepali Department member, Keshav Shrestha talked about the life she had spent where simplicity and discipline were the major points. The Principal mentioned about the experiences he had had associated with the Founder Patron. "Always curious to know about the school progress, सहनु सहर्ष गुण and blessing during the meet is always into my memory" he narrated. Similarly her daughter (Chairperson and Executive Director) Indira Shrestha, also talked about her mom and recalled that she used to love the students. "Make the school good and grand , love the children and continue the tradition" was the motto of her in her lifespan about school.
Students , teachers, Principal and Chairperson and Executive Director together observed a moment of silence in her loving memory and pray that her soul rest in peace in heaven.

Welcoming School Advisor Mr. Bharat Bhakta Shrestha at school ; we have successfully accomplished honoring the Futsal Match Winners too. The students were honored with Medals by the School Advisor Bharat Bhakta Shrestha. The best player award was also declared.
He also addressed the assembly and shared that he was so happy to see such disciplined students in Nepal. He praised the role of Chairperson, Principal and entire teaching and non teaching members. He mentioned that school standard and reputation has been going high with the hard work of teachers and good administrative people. For the dedication and leadership, the Principal was awarded with a certificate, cash and a book entitled with “ The Collapse of Parenting by Leonard Sax in the assembly by the School Advisor.
Apart from this, he attended the sharing session where students spoke in different topics. Digitally smart and vocally clear with ideas; students presented their slides in a convincing manner. “ The Biggest Mistake I Have Learned”
“A Person who inspires me”
“ Then Came the Turning Point”
“A Book that Changed my Perception” was listened with curiosity. Mr. Shrestha was overwhelmed with the progress that school has made.
The principal thanked the Advisor for his love and affection towards school. Also he appreciated the role of Chairperson and Board members for their trust upon him. He also promised to further strengthen his entire team leadership that helps to make school better.

Glimpses of Bhanu Jayanti Celebration 2083
“All those contributions of Bhanu Bhakta shall be treasured and preserved through cultural practices”. Thank you Nepali Department for organizing such a wonderful session.

I.J Friendly Futsal Match , 2083 got successfully accomplished on 21st Asadh at Nirvana Fustal and Recreation Center. Junior Team ( Grade 4 to 6) had a match among Sagarmatha vs Lumbini and Tilicho vs Karnali. Finally Lumbini House bagged the 1st position with 3-1 goal.
Amongst seniors, Grade 7 to 10 Sagarmatha and Lumbini House reached to the Final and concluded through Penalty Shoot. Sagarmatha House won the match in the final.
The event was chaired by the Chairperson and Executive Director. As a part of wholistic development and World Cup vibes ; students were taken to the match which was worth watching. Parents, House teachers and students fully enjoyed the event.

Word Warrior Slam Poetry 2083 successfully accomplished on 12th Asadh where 4 performers from 4 Houses (16 participants) had a perfect flow of poetry in different themes.
The program was chaired by the Chairperson and Executive Person Indira Shrestha. She listened all the performances and thanked the students for their mind blowing art.
Amongst the juniors Adhira Gurung representing Sagarmatha House, Aaryan Tiruwa Lumbini House and Neetika Bhatta secured the 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions respectively.
In Seniors, Roshika Thapa Magar ( Tilicho House) , Bhumi Thakur Lumbini House and Anurat Bajracharya ( Sagarmatha House) and Binayak Singh Thakuri Karnali House achieved the positions.
Congratulations to all the participants. Keep on writing and expression as words have a great power.
