The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) successfully conducted the 1st Batch of Basic Management and Communication Skills (BMCS) Training on 7–8 Bhadra 2083, with enthusiastic participation from 413 aspiring Chartered Accountants.

The two-day training focused on Articleship preparation, professional conduct, communication, workplace relationships, work-study balance, cybersecurity, AI, and digital risk management—helping students build the essential skills needed for a successful professional journey.
