Successfully conducted 1-day practical based interactive training on Anti-Money Laundering & Co-operative Act.
Program included Nepalese Legal Framework and Compliance provision of Anti-money laundering area covered by Mr. Pushpa Prasad Shrestha, followed by a segment on AML & CFT Directive 2074 with Risk Management by Mr. Bharat Khanal. Our special thanks to Mr. Chiranjibi Paudel for his valuable session on Co-operative Act 2074 and Regulations 2075.
