Mr. Tilak Bikram Pandey is a partner of Pioneer Law Associates. He has a practicing experience of more than 18 years in the field of commercial law. As a team member, he had advised clients on transactional matters, labor, insurance, and tax and legal due diligence exercises from the early years of association with Pioneer Law Associates. He has also worked on a number of legal and regulatory reform projects. He also represents clients before various courts and tribunals on commercial disputes and intellectual property matters. He is a team leader in PLA's litigation, labor, and research department. He specializes in labor, insurance, tax, aviation, intellectual property, and corporate and transaction advisory services. His area of interest includes research and development and dispute resolution. He also provides training to clients on employment-related matters.
