Subject: Term Break Announcement
Dear Students and Parents,
I am delighted to congratulate all our students on successfully completing the First Term Examinations. Your hard work, dedication, and sincere efforts are truly appreciated. The results, which will be published soon, will reflect your commitment to learning. Well done, everyone!
To help our students relax and prepare for the Second Term, the school will observe a short term break.
Term Break Details:
• Term Break Begins: 2083/04/02
• Classes Resume: 2083/04/05 (Tuesday) as per the regular schedule.
• Coaching Classes: Coaching classes will also resume on 2083/04/05 (Tuesday) along with the regular classes.
I encourage all students to make the most of this break by taking adequate rest, spending quality time with your family, reading good books, and engaging in healthy and enjoyable activities. Returning refreshed and motivated will help you achieve even greater success in the Second Term.

आदिकवि भानुभक्त आचार्यको २१३औँ जन्मजयन्ती (भानु जयन्ती २०८३) को पावन अवसरमा सम्पूर्ण विद्यार्थी, शिक्षक, अभिभावक तथा विद्यालय परिवारमा हार्दिक मंगलमय शुभकामना व्यक्त गर्दछु।

NOTICE for Parent-Teacher Meeting – 28 June 2026 SUNDAY
Dear Parents,
We would like to inform you that a Parent-Teacher Meeting has been scheduled for Sunday, 28 June 2026 (2083-03-14, Sunday). The meeting is organized by the school management in collaboration with parents to discuss important matters concerning students.
It is mandatory for at least one parent from each family of students in CLASS 2- to Grade 9 to attend.

हिमालयन स्कूलद्वारा प्रदान गरिने शैक्षिक छात्रवृत्ति कार्यक्रम २०८३ सम्बन्धमा सम्बन्धित कार्यालयसँग आवश्यक छलफल तथा बैठक सम्पन्न भएको जानकारी गराइन्छ। उक्त छात्रवृत्ति असार १, २०८३ देखि लागू हुनेछ।

Dear Parents and Students,

As you are aware, the Government's education policy has introduced a two-day weekend holiday. Due to the reduced number of instructional days, it has become challenging to complete the prescribed curriculum and conduct all extracurricular activities within the available school hours.

After careful consideration, the school administration has decided to temporarily suspend Music Classes in order to allocate more time for academic activities and ensure the timely completion of the curriculum prescribed by the government.

However, the following activities will continue as usual:

Sports
Dance
Scout
Handwriting
Phonics
library

Furthermore, to support effective teaching and learning, the school timing will be revised. Effective from Ashar 1, 2083 (Monday), the school will operate from 9:20 AM to 3:50 PM.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation in supporting our students' academic progress.

तपाईंहरू सबैलाई जानकारी भएअनुसार नेपाल सरकारको शिक्षा नीतिअनुसार हाल सातामा दुई दिन सार्वजनिक बिदा लागू गरिएको छ। यसका कारण विद्यालय सञ्चालन हुने दिनहरूको संख्या घटेकाले सरकारले निर्धारित गरेको पाठ्यक्रम समयमै सम्पन्न गर्न तथा अतिरिक्त क्रियाकलापहरू सञ्चालन गर्न चुनौती उत्पन्न भएको छ।

यस अवस्थालाई मध्यनजर गर्दै विद्यालय प्रशासनले शैक्षिक गतिविधिहरूलाई प्राथमिकता दिई निर्धारित पाठ्यक्रम समयमै पूरा गर्ने उद्देश्यले संगीत कक्षा (Music Class) केही समयका लागि स्थगित गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ।

तथापि, निम्न गतिविधिहरू यथावत् सञ्चालन हुनेछन्:

खेलकुद (Sports)
नृत्य (Dance)
स्काउट (Scout)
हस्तलेखन (Handwriting)
फोनिक्स (Phonics)
पुस्तकालय (Library)

साथै, प्रभावकारी शिक्षण–सिकाइलाई थप सुदृढ बनाउन विद्यालयको समय तालिकामा पनि परिवर्तन गरिएको छ। मिति २०८३ साल असार १ गते सोमबारदेखि विद्यालय बिहान ९:२० बजेदेखि अपराह्न ३:५० बजेसम्म सञ्चालन हुनेछ।
