🌾 From Classroom Practical to Market-Ready Product! 🌾

We are proud to showcase Sprouted Multigrain Sattu – “Nutrigains”, an innovative food product developed by a team of B. Tech. Food Technology, 4th Semester students of CAFODAT College as part of their practical learning.

Through hands-on food technology education, our students transformed an academic concept into a thoughtfully developed product—bringing together sprouted grains, nutrition, food processing, product development and packaging.

👏 This is a wonderful example of learning by doing, where students gain practical experience in developing nutritious, consumer-oriented food products from concept to finished product.

Our B.Sc. Food, Nutrition and Dietetics (FND), Second Semester students delivered an informative presentation on the Digestive System, demonstrating their understanding of human anatomy, physiology and nutrition through interactive discussions and presentations.
These classroom activities strengthen students' communication skills, critical thinking and confidence while bridging theoretical knowledge with practical learning.

CAFODAT COLLEGE is delighted to welcome Ms. Melanie Luu from the School of Public Health, Colorado State University, USA, and Ms. Nayantara Bista from Ashoka University, Sonipat, India, who have joined the International Affairs and Research Department for their internship under the mentorship of Dr. Ram Kumar Shrestha, Director, International Affairs and Research Department.
Upon completing their internship at CAFODAT COLLEGE and Research Project Site, Dhankuta, they will return to their respective universities to continue their academic programs.
