🎓 Successful Completion of Orientation for In-charges & Coordinators of Smart Minds Member Schools

This orientation served as a foundational convening to align our member institutions on the structure, expectations, and operational excellence required for the effective implementation of the School Mentoring Program (SMP).

▪️ Establishing standardized protocols for the effective ex*****on of the School Mentoring Program (SMP)

▪️ Defining clear communication channels between coordinators, school leadership, faculty, and parents
▪️ Introducing structured frameworks for monitoring, evaluation, and reporting
▪️ Fostering a unified culture of accountability, professional integrity, and continuous improvement across member schools
