After a year, they have a consensual sexual relationship. Now, the question here is—is it statutory r**e? If yes, who is to be blamed, the minor boy or the minor girl? Then, who is the culprit?

असार १५ दही चिउरा खाने दिन/ धान दिवस को सम्पूर्णमा शुभकामना 🙏

नेपालमा असार १५ लाई महत्वपूर्ण दिनको रूपमा लिइन्छ। यो दिन परापूर्वकालदेखि नै दही चिउरा खाने र मानो रोपेर मुरी फलाउने दिनको सुरुवाती दिनको रूपमा लिइन्छ। यस दिनलाई विगत २० वर्षदेखि धान दिवसका रूपमा पनि मनाउने गरिएको छ। यस वर्ष “जलवायुमैत्री कृषि, धान उत्पादनमा वृद्धि” भन्ने नाराका साथ २०८१ को राष्ट्रिय धान दिवस मनाउने सरकारले निर्णय गरेको छ ।

आदरणीय उपत्यका भित्र र उपत्यका बाहिर रहनु भएका देशभरका कानून व्यवसायीहरुमा भोलि शुक्रवार दिनको २ः३० बजे बाट शुरू हुने कार्यक्रममा सहभागीता लागि हार्दिक अनुरोध ।॥

# LAW Changing SEE PATTERN:

In the past year, the SEE results were published only with grades, without indicating pass or fail details in certificate due to which even students with low marks were allowed to enroll in class 11.
But, from this year, with the implementation of the "Letter Grading Directive 2078" (लेटर ग्रेडिङ निर्देशिका २०७८)the results now include pass/fail details in the certificate This year, students who do not score at least 35% in both theoretical and practical subjects will receive an 'NG' (Non-Graded) on their certificates. They will not be allowed to enroll in class 11.

RESULT

कर्तव्य ज्यान मुद्दामा ठहर भएको सजाय कार्यान्वयनको क्रममा पक्राउ परेका व्यक्ति उक्त मुद्दामा सजाय ठहर भएका होइनन भन्ने पुष्टि हुन सकेको नदेखिएको अवस्थामा फैसला कार्यान्वयनको क्रममा पक्राउ गरी कानूनबमोजिम कैदी पुर्जी दिई थुनामा राखिएको कार्यलाई गैरकानूनी थुना भनी मान्न नमिल्ने ।
