आरक्षण कोटामा (RESERVED QUOTA ) भर्ना हुन चाहने आवेदकहरुले निम्न अनुसार कागजातहरु अनिवार्य रुपमा पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ ।

१. उम्मेदवारले अनिवार्य रुपमा सरकारी/सामुदायिक विद्यालयमा अध्ययन गरेको
हुनुपर्नेछ । यसको प्रमाण स्वरुप कक्षा आठ, नौ तथा एस.एल.सी./ एस.ई.ई. तहको लब्धाङ्कपत्र तथा उक्त विद्यालय सरकारी / सामुदायिक विद्यालय भएको भनी सम्बन्धित जिल्ला शिक्षा कार्यालय वा आफ्नो क्षेत्राधिकार भएको शिक्षा
सम्बन्धी हेर्ने सम्बन्धित सरकारी निकायबाट प्राप्त प्रमाण पत्र पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ ।

२. कक्षा ११ र १२ वा सो सरहको तहमा अध्ययन गर्दा सामुदायिक वा सरकारी बिद्यालय वा त्रिभुवन विश्वविद्यालयको आंगिक क्याम्पसमा गरेको हुनुपर्ने अथवा नेपाल सरकार वा नेपाल सरकारको मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थाबाट छात्रवृत्ति प्राप्त गरेको हुनुपर्नेछ । यसको प्रमाण स्वरुप कक्षा ११ र १२ को लब्धाङ्कपत्र (TRANSCRIPT) तथा उक्त बिद्यालय विद्यालय सरकारी/ सामुदायिक विद्यालय भएको भनी सम्बन्धित जिल्ला शिक्षा कार्यालय वा आफ्नो क्षेत्राधिकार भएको शिक्षा सम्बन्धी हेर्ने सम्बन्धित सरकारी निकायबाट प्राप्त प्रमाणपत्र तथा
छात्रबृत्ति प्राप्त गरके भए शिक्षा सम्बन्धी हेर्ने सम्बन्धित सरकारी निकाय ले निज छात्रबृित्तमा अध्ययन गरेको प्रमाण पत्र पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ ।

३. कक्षा ११ र १२ वा सो सरहको तहमा न्यूनतम ४५ प्रतिशत तथा NEB को हकमा सवैबिषयहरुमा FINAL GRADE C प्राप्त गरी नियमित रुपमै (पहिलो प्रयासमै) उत्तीर्ण भएको हुनु पर्नेछ ।

४. समानुपातिक समावेशी कोटामा आरक्षणको आधारमा भर्ना हुने विपन्न आवेदकले सम्बन्धित गाउँपालिका वा नगरपालिकाको तोकिए बमोजिम निकायले नेपाल सरकारले तोकेको मापदण्ड अनुरुप न्यून आयश्रोत भई गरिबीको रेखामुनि परके भनी प्रमाण सहित आधार र कारण समेत उल्लेख गरी अनुसूची १ बमोजिमका त्रिभुवन विश्वविद्यालयले स्वीकृत गरकेो फारम भरी सम्बन्धित निकायहरुको प्रमाणिकरण गरी उक्त फारमको सक्कल प्रति र फारममा उल्लेखित आवश्यक सकल कागजातहरु सहितको सिफारिस पत्र अनिवार्य रुपमा पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ ।

५. समानुपातिक समावेशी कोटामा आरक्षणको आधारमा भर्ना हुने विपन्न आवेदकहरुमध्ये अपाङ्गले राष्ट्रिय अपााङ्ग महासंघ वा सम्बन्धित जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालयबाट, आदिवासी / जनजातीले आदिवासी/ जनजाती उत्थान
राष्ट्रिय प्रतिष्ठान वा सम्बन्धित जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालयबाट, दलितले राष्ट्रिय दलित आयोग वा सम्बन्धित जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालयबाट, पिछडिएको दुर्गम क्षेत्रका व्यक्तिले सम्बन्धित गाउँपालिका तथा नगरपालिकाबाट, मधेशी समुदाय, थारु समुदाय तथा मुश्लीम समुदायका व्यक्तिले सम्बन्धित जिल्ला प्रशासन
कार्यालयबाट सोको प्रमाणपत्र पेश गर्नुृ पर्नेछ ।

Applicants who want to enroll in RESERVED QUOTA must submit the following documents compulsorily.

1. Candidate must have studied in government/community school
and as proof of this, class eight, nine and S.L.C./S.E.E. Grade Certificate and concerned District Education Office or Education having its jurisdiction stating that the said school is a Government/Community School . The certificate obtained from the relevant government agency must be submitted.

2. While studying at class 11th and 12th or equivalent level, it should be done in a community or government school or official campus of Tribhuvan University *OR* should have received a scholarship from the Nepal Government or an institution recognized by the Nepal Government. As proof of this, transcripts of classes 11 and 12 and a certificate obtained from the relevant district education office or the relevant government body that looks after education under its jurisdiction that the said school is a government/community school and
If you had got a scholarship, you will have to submit a certificate that you have studied on your scholarship to the relevant government agency that oversees education.

3. Minimum 45% in class 11th and 12th or equivalent level and FINAL GRADE C in all subjects in case of NEB must be passed regularly (in first attempt).

4. Indigent applicants who want to get admitted on the basis of reservation in the proportional inclusive quota, as specified by the concerned rural municipality or municipality, have a low income source and fall below the poverty line as per the standards set by the Government of Nepal. A copy of the form and a letter of recommendation with the necessary documents mentioned in the form must be submitted.

5. Among the underprivileged applicants who will be admitted on the basis of reservation in the proportional inclusion quota, the disabled from the National Disabled Federation or the concerned district administration office, the tribals/tribals from the tribals/tribals upliftment from the National Foundation or the relevant district administration office, for Dalits from the National Dalit Commission or the relevant district administration office, for people from backward and remote areas from the relevant rural municipality and municipality, for people from the Madhesi community, Tharu community and Muslim community for the relevant district administration.
The certificate should be submitted from the office.
