~Some Rules and Regulations to be obeyed by the Students:
( विद्यार्थीहरूले पालना गर्नु पर्ने नियमहरू ) :
1. विद्यार्थीहरु कक्षाकोठा ठीक समयमा प्रवेश गर्नु पर्नेछ।
(Students should enter the classroom on time.)
२. विद्यार्थीहरुले कक्षाकोठामा हो- हल्ला तथा पाठ्य विषयवस्तु भन्दा बाहिरको कुरा गर्न सख्त मनाही छ। (students are strictly prohibited to do such a gossip which is out of course book & make a noise)
३. विद्यार्थीहरुले फारम भरी सके पछि कोर्श शुल्क अनिवार्य तिर्नु पर्नेछ, कोर्श शुल्क तिरी सकेपछि मात्र कक्षा प्रवेश गर्न पाइनेछ र कोर्श शुल्क फिर्ता हुने छैन्।
( After filling out form, students must pay his/her course fees compulsorily. Just after paying of his / her course fees, he/ she is allowed to enter the classroom and course fees is non- refundable.)
४. विद्यार्थीहरु भर्ना भइसके पछि नियमित कक्षामा उपस्थित हुनु पर्नेछ। यदि बढीमा तीन पटक सम्म बिना जानकारी कक्षामा अनुपस्थित भएको खण्डमा पैसा तिर्नको बाबजुत पनि कक्षाबाट निष्काशन गर्न बाध्य भइनेछ। (After getting admitted, students should regularly attend their class. In case students are absent up to three times without any specific reasons. We will be obliged to expel you as our final decision.)
५. विद्यार्थीहरुले शिक्षकको मान मर्यादामा आँच आउने किसिमको गतिविधि गर्नबाट बञ्चित गरिएको छ। (Students are strictly prohibited to do such activities which hurts in the self esteem of the teacher)
६. डिप्लोम्याटिकको उद्देश्य तथा लक्ष्य नै उपलब्धि हाँसिल गर्नु गराउनु हो, त्यसैले कक्षाकोठामा साथीलाई बाधा अड्चन पु-र्याउने कृयाकलाप गर्न निषेध गरिएको छ।(Main purpose or target of Diplomatic Schools is to achieve or have somebody achieve. So, in the classroom it is not allowed to do such activities that makes your friends disturb)
७. शैक्षिक मूलतः बिषयबस्तुगत कुरा भन्दा बाहिर शिक्षकलाई प्रश्न सोध्न निषेध गरिएको छ। It is not allowed to ask any questions beyond the subject matter. Principally: which is not education related.
८. दक्ष एवंम अनुभवी परामर्शदाता द्वारा शिक्षासँग सम्बन्धित उचित परामर्श दिइने भएकाले समय खेर फाल्ने प्रयोजनमा पाल्न हुन निषेध गरिएको छ।
Professional and well experienced counsellors are provided to give accurate counselling. So, it is strictly prohibited not to visit here with the intention of wasting our time)
९. यस संस्थामा पूर्णरूपमा दक्ष एवंम् अनुभवी प्रोफेसनल प्रशिक्षकद्धारा अध्यापन गराईने भएकाले ट्रायल कक्षाको व्यवस्था गरिएको छैन।
(Students are taught by well experienced and fully professional teachers in this institute. So, the trial classes are not available. )
