The Central Department of Conflict, Peace and Development Studies (CDCPDS), Tribhuvan University, held an enriching interaction program on “Ethics in Humanitarian Negotiation.”
The program featured Dr. Kristoffer Lidén, Research Director at PRIO, Oslo, together with other esteemed contributors from academic and diplomatic communities. The discussion highlighted key ethical considerations and practical challenges shaping humanitarian negotiations.

The students of Central Department of Conflict, Peace and Development Studies (CDCPDS), Tribhuvan University, participated in a seminar on “Electoral Dispute, Violence and Conflict Resolution” organized at the Nepal Police Staff College, Maharajgunj on 27 January 2026. The program brought together students of the Central Department of Conflict, Peace and Development studies and student officers of the Nepal Police Staff College for interactive discussions and joint group work.

The Central Department of Conflict, Peace and Development Studies, Tribhuvan University, warmly welcomed students from Manchester University for an academic interaction session. The program provided a meaningful platform for dialogue, where students engaged in group discussions on diverse themes related to peace and conflict and presented their ideas and perspectives.
