खेलः अन्तरक्रियात्मक खेल गतिविधिहरूमा संलग्न हुँदा तपाईंको बच्चाको दिमागलाई राम्रो सहयोग मिल्छ । खेल खेल्ने, कुराकानी गर्ने, वा गित गाउने गतिविधिहरूले सक्रिय रूपमा बालबालिकाको संज्ञानात्मक संकायहरूलाई संलग्न गर्दछ र ऊर्जा दिन्छ। लुकाछिपी जस्ता साधारण खेलहरुले समेत बालबालिका को मस्तिस्क विकासमा महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निर्भाह गर्न सक्छ। खेल्ने तरिकाहरुको बर्णन गर्दा भाषा विकासमा निक्कै मद्दत पुग्दछ। बच्चाहरूका लागि क्रियाकलाप सहित गीतसंगीत खेलमा समावेश गर्ने, नाटक खेल्न प्रोत्साहन गर्ने, र रंग आदिको प्रयोग जस्ता गतिविधिहरूमा संलग्न हुने र कल्पना र सृजनशीलतालाई बढावा दिने जस्ता कार्यहरु गर्नाले मस्तिस्क बिकासमा ठुलो मद्दत पुग्छ ।
आरामः बच्चाहरूले आफ्ना दैनिक जीवनमा खेल पढाई आदिका कारण तनाव अनुभव गर्नु सोभाविक हो र जसकारण उनीहरुलाई आराम को व्यवस्ता गर्नु अनिवार्य हुन्छ। तनावपूर्ण क्षणहरूमा तपाईंको उपस्थिति र सहयोगले निकै महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निर्भाह गर्दछ। तपाइको एक्कैछिनको अँगालोले पनि तपाईँको बच्चालाई ठूलो राहत प्राप्त हुन्छ। विभिन्न अध्ययनहरूले समेत के देखाएको छ भने प्रतिक्रियात्मक र मायालु हेरचारले साधारण हेरचारको तुलनामा बच्चाहरूको तनाव व्यवस्थापनमा निकै ठूलो सकारात्मक प्रभाव पार्दछ।

पढाइः पढाइ बालबालिकाको मस्तिष्क विकासलाई बढावा दिनको लागि एक शक्तिशाली उपकरण हो। बालबालिकाले अक्षर वा शब्दहरू चिन्नु अघि नै कथा आदि पढेर सुनाउँदा भाषा र संचार कौशलको विकासको प्रारम्भ हुन्छ। चित्र आदि चिनाउँदै वा बोल्दै गर्दा संज्ञानात्मक विकासमा मद्दत पुग्दछ । एउटै पुस्तकहरू दोहोर्याउँदा शब्द को पहिचान बलियो बन्छ। बच्चाहरू बढ्दै जाँदा, उनीहरूलाई चित्रहरूको बारेमा प्रश्नहरू सोध्ने वा निश्चित वस्तु चित्रहरू औंल्याउन प्रोत्साहित गर्ने आदि जस्ता क्रियाकलापले उनीहरुको बुझाइ र भाषा सीप द्रुत गतिमा विकासको पथमा लम्कन्छ।

Who is Erikson?
Erik Homburger Erikson was a renowned German-American developmental psychologist born in 1902. He has been highly praised for his theory of psychosocial development, which is wonderfully explained in his book Childhood and Society, published in 1950. His theory of Psychosocial Development consists of eight stages of psychosocial development
According to Erikson's theory individuals go through eight stages of development during their lifespan. Each stages incorporated with certain crisis and conflicts which can be addressed carefully to establish healthy psychological development in children and adults. These stages span from infancy to old age and explains the challenges individuals face while structuring their relationships, identities, and sense of purpose in their life.

Understanding human development has been a center of consideration in the field of psychology. Erikson's contributions have provided a foundation for understanding human development and continue to influence researchers and practitioners not only in psychology but also in various fields related to child development and education.
