Human Marker and PTE

Remember when PTE tutors swore by repetitive templates like “This image clearly shows…” and encouraged stuffing extra words into Write from Dictation? Now that HUMAN MARKERS are part of the PTE Academic scoring process, those tricks are obsolete! Tutors are scrambling to correct their advice as their so-called “strategies” crumble.

To All PTE Tutors: The PTE scoring system is smarter, and competition with IELTS Academic is intense. Stop justifying past mistakes and own up—what you taught was wrong and misleading. Teach students what aligns with PTE’s scoring guidelines, not shortcuts. Students—and human markers—deserve better.
