NYFC is an organization who established calisthenics culture in Nepal and serving the local community since 2015. Our team of experts design the free outdoor exercise platforms in public government spaces with agreement from the local authorities. These setups are named as Calisthenics Park which are essentially targeted in the urban areas. Once they are built, we don’t leave them abandoned. Our

team of exercise experts commit themselves to give free exercise classes to the local community on a regular basis. If a team leader can no longer give their time, our team makes sure that we educate someone locally able to give the free workout classes to the community, and this cycle goes on. Creating an ecosystem of leadership, we aim to run these classes forever. We have been taking free community workout classes in cities like Kathmandu, Nepalgunj, Pokhara, Butwal, Chitwan, Biratnagar and more are on its way.

Street Games International is a fitness competition designed to find the Fittest Athlete through multiple battles.
Instead of testing just one skill, athletes compete across 4 different fitness challenges testing:
🏃 Aerobic Capacity
💪 Strength Endurance
🔥 Anaerobic Capacity
⚡ Anaerobic Power
4 Battles. 1 Champion.

Athletes earn points in each battle, and the athlete with the highest overall score becomes the Street Games International Champion.

🏆 Rs. 11.5 Lakhs Cash Prize Pool

In simple words: Street Games is a battle to find out who is the most complete athlete.
