Nepal Soka Gakkai International Nepal Soka Gakkai International (N-SGI) is a Buddhist organisation established to promote understanding and practice of Buddhism.

N-SGI was officially registered in January 1, 1993. The philosophical base of the organisation's practice is Nichiren Buddhism, a School of the Mahayana tradition. Nichiren Buddhist philosophy teaches that every individual has the potential to become enlightened in his or her lifetime.

ीवनमा बुद्ध धर्मको उपयोग र अवलम्बन गर्नेगराउँने कार्यका निम्ती जनवरी १, १९९३ मा आधिकारिक रूपमा दर्ता तथा स्थापित भएर कृयाशील रहँदै आएकोछ ।

घोषित रूपमा, महायान परम्पराको निचिरेन बुद्ध धर्ममा निहित दार्शनिक पक्षहरूलाई यस संगठनले आफ्नो आधारभूत मार्गदर्शक सिद्धान्तका रूपमा अंगालेकोछ । कुनै पनि मानिसभित्र जीवनमा निर्वाण प्राप्त गर्न सक्ने सामर्थ्य हुन्छ भन्ने कुरा निचिरेन बुद्ध धर्म दर्शनले सिकाउँदछ । जीवनाका प्रतिस्पर्धाहरूमा विजयी हुन सक्ने,मूल्यमा आधारित जीवन जिउँन सक्ने र आफ्नो समुदाय, समाज र दुनियालाई केही न केही सकारात्मक किसिमले प्रभावित गर्न सक्ने क्षमता हरेक व्यक्तिभित्र निहित हुन्छ भन्ने यस धर्मको महत्त्वपूर्ण मान्यता रहेकोछ । हरेक मानवको अन्तर मनमा सार्वलौकिक बुद्ध तत्त्व निहित रहेको हुन्छ भन्ने आदर्शलाई मान्ने शाक्य मुनी बुद्धको महान शिक्षाकै लोटस शूत्र (लोतुस सुत्र) बाट निचिरेन बुद्ध धर्म विकसित भएको हो ।
