Firstly, I would like to thank Silicon for guiding me on achieving the Canadian Student Visa on my very first attempt ☺🙏

I wasn't planning on moving to a foreign country; I was determined to do something here in Nepal, and I tried various businesses and worked for different organizations, but I figured out that an international degree would help me more to outstand in this competitive Kathmandu city. As I had a six-year gap, I wasn't expecting a visa for my Masters, so I made up my mind to go to Korea initially. However, consultants at Silicon suggested to apply to Canada as my overall profile was eligible. Fortunately, I got my visa on the very first attempt (I felt lucky with me as well😁).

Of course, I would recommend Silicon for those who are planning to study abroad, as they guide each and every step during this rigorious process. Once again, I would like to thank the entire Silicon family for their support and guidance during my entire visa process.

Firstly, I came to know about ‘SILICON EDUCATION’ through my cousin sister who went USA from the same consultancy. She shared contact details and location of it. Fortunately, I got connected with Vibas sir in Whatsapp and knew almost all the processing steps one after another. He suggested me to fly back to Nepal for all the documentation process as I was staying in Dubai, UAE.

After few days, I returned to Nepal and met with Vibas sir and Ashish sir. They guided me in each and every steps. Though my profile was good I had some years of educational gap. So, less expectation about the visa that stroked my mind quite often, however they motivated me in my thick and thins and finally I got Canadian student visa in 2nd attempt.

I would definitely recommend ‘Silicon’ at least to met in person with the counselor. Once again I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude towards the entire ‘Silicon’ family specially Ashish sir, Vibas sir, Suren sir and Pratikshya Ma’am.

PART I:

I'm Saujan, originally from Pokhara, with a 6.5 on IELTS in 2022. I initially started my journey to study in South Korea with one of the consultants in Pokhara itself. I still remember when I used to come to Kathmandu with a bulk of documents quite frequently every month, with high hopes and endless dreams. It was a tough time, as during that time we didn't know the exact criteria for applying and getting a student visa in South Korea.

Somehow, with much efforts of my parents, I managed to get the required documents, but I was unaware that to apply for a visa, I must take the appointment date, which was very difficult to get through. I didn't have appointment dates, so I was bound to get in line in front of the Korean Embassy in Nepal to have those appointments, and I slept 2 days in front of the Korean Embassy. Finally, after submitting my documents, I got my results after 14 days, which became a heartbreaking moment for me as I got rejection for the first time on my passport. I found that the rejection was because of the GPA requirement for visa, i.e. 2.8 in grade 12. My path has never been easy, as my consular in Pokhara even didn't know the GPA criteria for Korean student visas, so my application got denied. I was numb but later found that Silicon Education in Kathmandu has the best visa success rate for South Korea, and I rushed immediately to show my profile and discuss re-applying...
