In shaa Allah, from now on, we’ll take a Special Reading Blanks TEST every Friday on the Blanks we’ve done from Monday to Thursday. So, in all the sessions tomorrow, apart from doing our regular activities, I’ll take a test on Special Reading Blanks (460 to 516).
In shaa Allah, I’ll take all 5 PTE sessions in Footscray tomorrow (8.30am to 10.30am, 10.30am to 12.30pm, 1pm to 3pm, 3pm to 5pm & 6pm to 8pm).
Do you know that even if you can’t attend any of our weekday classes, you can still prepare with us without missing out on anything, provided that you attend class on Saturday?
Do you know that our Kathmandu branch is open on Saturday too? The address is:

Everything you need to know about Saturday classes:
On Saturdays, we cover everything that we’ve done from Monday to Friday. What this means is that even if you can’t attend any of our weekday classes, you can still prepare with us without missing out on anything, provided that you attend 5.5 hours class on Saturday.
If you are an existing student, as well as weekday classes, you can also attend Saturday session without paying anything extra.
If you’re free only on Saturdays, you can enroll by paying the same fee (Rs. 10,000) for unlimited classes and attend classes on Saturdays. As a weekend student, you are not restricted to Saturday sessions; you can attend classes on weekdays too.

1 of 2:
In shaa Allah, in all sessions in all branches tomorrow, apart from our daily materials, we’ll do 3 Listening Summaries. If Listening is where you’re struggling the most, leave everything aside and attend one of the sessions tomorrow.
2 of 2:
Do you know Listening Summary (Summarise Spoken Text) contributes a lot to your overall PTE score, both in Listening and Writing? If you’re failing in Listening and Writing, it’s highly likely that you’re not writing the summaries correctly. Do you also know that even if you fail to understand 50% of the content of the audio, you can still end up with a perfect score of 90, provided that your summary contains two essential elements: avoiding grammar mistakes and including advanced structures. In other words, your shortcomings in the content can largely be offset by advanced structures and grammatically correct sentences.
There’s nothing to worry if you’re lucky enough to get all the summaries from the special materials, as you’ve learnt them really well. However, panic starts looming when you see one of them NOT from the special materials. Now as you haven’t mastered how to write an advanced summary without making any mistakes (even with little understanding of the content), it hardly needs mention that you’ll lose marks not only in Listening but also in Writing.
If writing only one summary (out of 2 or 3) using advanced structures and making no grammatical errors can help you with an increase in 5 points in Listening and 5 points in Writing, guess what your score will be if you get more than one NEW summary (not from the special materials) in your test.
If you’re confident that you’ve been doing really well in Re-tell Lecture, Repeat Sentence and Write from Dictation, but still struggling in Listening, I’ve no doubt that it’s in this Listening summaries where you need to make all your efforts.
