During the dental examination of the student of Sharminub Institute, Many problems were found. In order to address these issues, the doctors have been conducting health checkups here.

We are delighted to share that the 7th birthday of H.E. Jigme Chokyi Thrinley Pal Sangpo will be joyfully celebrated on 11 August 2025 at Sharminub Monastery, Raniban, Kathmandu, Nepal.

On this auspicious occasion, we will gather with heartfelt prayers and offerings, rejoicing in His Eminence’s presence and wishing for his long life, good health, and the continued flourishing of his noble activities for the benefit of all beings.

परीक्षा केवल अंकको लागि सिमित हुँदैन। यो त हाम्रा हरेक क्षणको हरेक अनुभूतिको हरेक संघर्षको पनि मूल्याङ्कन हो। जीवनका हरेक पाइलामा प्रत्यक्ष होस् या अप्रत्यक्ष आफैंसँग वा समयसँग या परिस्थितिसँग हामी परीक्षा दिइरहेका हुन्छौं।
आज पनि यस्तै एउटा अबस्था पार गर्दै, केही महत्वपूर्ण कदमहरू चालेका छन् शर्मिनुबका विद्यार्थीहरू। उनीहरूको आत्मविश्वास लगन र समर्पणलाई हामी नमन गर्न चाहन्छौं।
परीक्षामा सफलता मात्र होइन, त्यसका लागि गरिएको प्रयास नै सबैभन्दा ठूलो जित हो।

आजबाट सुरु भयो त्यो परीक्षा, जसका लागि अनगिन्ती रातहरू निद्राविहीन बिते। मनमा हल्का डर छ, तर त्योभन्दा धेरै बलियो आत्मविश्वास — जुन जन्मिएको छ आफ्नै निरन्तर प्रयासबाट। यो परीक्षाको पहिलो दिन हो, अन्त्य होइन… किनकि हरेक उत्तरपानामा लेखिएको छ आशा र परिवर्तनको कथा।💪💪📒📒

First Day of Exams – Nepali Subject
Today begins the exam for which countless sleepless nights were spent.
A flicker of fear stirs in the heart,
But stronger still is the confidence—
born from relentless effort.

This is the exam’s first day, not the end…
For every answer holds a story of hope and growth.

Yesterday, in the warmth of devotion, we gathered for the 11th Parinirvana Puja—we performed the prayers of Gyalwa Gyatso, Guru Yoga, and Calling the Guru from Afar.

With full hearts, we honored the luminous life and timeless legacy of His Holiness the 14th Kunzig Shamar, Mipham Choyki Lodro Rinpoche.

हिजो भक्ति र सामूहिक सम्झनाको न्यानोपनले हामी १४ औं कुन्जिग श्यामार रिन्पोछे मिफाम छ्योइकि लोड्रोको ११ औं परिनिर्वाण पूजाको लागि एकसाथ भेला भयौं।

गहिरो श्रद्धाका साथ हामीले ग्याल्वा ग्याछो गुरु योग र टाढाबाट गुरुलाई बोलाउने ( गुरु आवाहन) गहन अभ्यासहरू गर्यौं - प्रत्येक प्रार्थना प्रेम र कृतज्ञताको धागोहरु मध्येको एक धागो हो जुन हामी उहाँको उज्यालो उपस्थितिलाई अर्पण गर्छौं।

यी पवित्र क्षणहरू मार्फत, हामीले उहाँको असाधारण जीवनलाई मात्र होइन तर उहाँले संसारलाई प्रदान गर्नुभएको ज्ञान र करुणाको कालातीत विरासतलाई पनि सम्मान गर्यौं।

हार्दिक सम्बन्ध र आध्यात्मिक प्रतिबिम्बको यस दिनका केही झलकहरू यहाँ छन्। 🙏🌸🕊️

Day 2, Gyalwa Gyatso Puja and Guru Yoga Puja.

We extend our deepest gratitude to all who joined, whether physically present or praying from afar.

Together we aspired:

“May every inner and outer obstacle dissolve in Chenrezig's compassion,
And may all beings receive the direct blessings of Avalokiteśvara's wisdom-mind.”

May this merit strengthen our sacred bond with our teachers,
free all beings from the four sufferings—birth, aging, sickness, and death—
purify all obscurations,
and unite every heart with the enlightened mind of Avalokiteśvara. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

हरेक भित्री र बाह्य बाधाहरू चेनरेजिगको करुणामय शक्तिमा विघटित होउन्,
र सम्पूर्ण जीवहरू अवलोकितेश्वरको बुद्धिमय हृदयको प्रत्यक्ष आशीर्वादले अनुप्राणित बनून्।"

यस पुण्य कर्मले हामीलाई हाम्रा गुरुहरूसँगको पवित्र सम्बन्धमा अझ गहिरो एकता दिलाओस्,
