Teej Dance Competition 2077
Terms and Conditions
Only GEMS School students can participate.
Dance category is solo.
Dance can be performed from your place or home.
Video of dance must be sent from 27th Shrawan to 6th Bhadra the next day of teej.

Categories
Grade Nursery to Grade 5=Junior
Grade 6 to Grade 10=Senior
Song Selection
• Teej song.
• The song must be no more than 6 minutes.
• Song must meet appropriate Quality standards and will be reviewed by Dance committee.
Props
• Participants can use props.
• There is no limitation on props usages during dance performance.
Costume
• Appropriate costume should be wear for Dance performance. It should reflect Dance category.
• Costume selection is one of the scoring points. So it should promote regional ethnicity and culture.
Timings
• Duration of Dance performance should be limited to maximum 6 minutes.
• Timings are one of the scoring points. 10 Points will be deducted from final score for each minute exceeds the time limits.
Evaluation and Scoring
• A panel of judges will evaluate all items.
• Point distribution
Entry: 25 points
Exit/Conclusion: 25 points
Originality/Innovation: 50 points
Action (facial expression): 50 points
Coordination & Synchronization: 50 points
Costume/Jewelry: /Props 50 points
Song selection: 50 points
Steps, Choreography, Rhythm: 100 points
Overall Impression: 100 points

2nd= 300

Prize will be sent to your place before 10th of Bhadra.
