Ace Educational Foundation was registered at Office of the Company register as a (Pvt. Ltd) company incorporated under company Act 2006 Nepal. It is owned by Mr. Samir Kumar Dahal and Mr. Hem Khadka. The company is approved by Ministry of Education (MoE) Nepal and is also active member of Educational Consultancy Association of Nepal (ECAN). Management Team

Mr. Dahal completed Bachelor of Education from Tribhuvan University Nepal in 2008. He has extensive experience in the field of education and career counseling. He has been working in this industry for more than six years. He worked for a reputed Educational Consultancy in Nepal before starting his own business. Uday Kumar Dahal, CPA

Mr Uday Dahal, CPA, an Accountant by profession, completed Master of Accounting in 2009 from Central Queensland University, Sydney Campus. The university awarded him Highest Achiever Award in Australian Taxation Law in recognition of his outstanding academic achievement. He is also Permanent Resident of Australia. He worked as an Audit Officer and Lecturer in Nepal before migrating to Australia. He worked for a member firm of TIAG as an Audit Manager before joining ACE Educational Foundation. Mr. Khadka, completed Master of Business Administration in the year 2013. He has adequate knowledge of Management concepts and business strategy. He is fully committed in policy making, planning, strategy formation and overall management of a company. He was one of the university topper in during his study of MBA. He worked for a commercial bank as a relationship officer for two years before starting his own business ACE Educational Foundation. Currently, he possesses a prestigious position as Managing Director in the company.
