Leadership Academy Nepal

Leadership Academy Nepal (LAN) is pleased to formally announce the successful completion of the Leadership Development Programme, organised in collaboration with KPMG India.

The programme was conducted from 18 to 21 May 2026 in Bali, Indonesia, bringing together senior professionals from Nepal's leading banking institutions and corporate organisations for four days of intensive, high-impact executive education.

We extend our sincere appreciation to KPMG India for their exemplary programme delivery, to the distinguished faculty members for their expertise and commitment, and to all participating organisations for nominating and supporting their senior leaders.

Upon completion, participants have been awarded a joint certificate from KPMG India and Leadership Academy Nepal.

LAN conducted a two-day orientation program for the “SAMBRIDHA Project” on May 10–11, 2026, at Pauwa Hotel, Pokhara, Nepal. The program brought together 28 selected Mentor NGOs and seven provincial coordinators representing all seven provinces of Nepal.

The closing ceremony was honored by the presence of Honorable Mr. Gobinda Bahadur Nepali, Minister of Physical Infrastructure Development and Transport Management of Gandaki Province, as the chief guest.

LAN successfully conducted an interactive Strategic Planning session for the Senior Management of Nepal Bank Limited as part of their mid-term review. Facilitated by Jayendra Rimal, COO, LAN. Grateful for the partnership with Nepal’s pioneering bank.
