Health problem का कारण Teaching Job छोड्नुपरेपछि उदयपुर, गाईघाटकी Sajana Chamling Rai ले “अब के गर्ने?” भन्ने प्रश्नबाट नयाँ बाटो रोजिन्। ११ महिनाअघि जम्मा रु. ३ हजार बाट सुरु गरेको Sajana's Homemade Food मा सुरुमा daily २–३ वटा मात्र orders आउँथे। तर profit लाई फेरि business मै reinvest गर्दै खजुरी बिस्कुट, Protein Laddu र Gujiya Biscuit जस्ता products थप्दै गइन्। आज उनको business मा daily १५० सम्म orders आउँछन् र products नेपालभर पुगिरहेका छन्।

काठमाडौंकी Dr. Banira Karki, नेपालकी पहिलो महिला Breast Oncosurgeon, ले Pakistan मा Surgical Residency गर्दा १६ जनाको group मा एक्ली महिला भएर काम गरिन्। नेपाल फर्किएपछि breast cancer भएका महिलाको अवस्था नजिकबाट देखेपछि २ वर्षको छोरालाई छोडेर India मा Fellowship गरिन्। आज advanced technology को सहयोगमा ८०-९०% महिलाको breast preserve गर्दै cancer treatment गरिरहेकी उनी हजारौं महिलाका लागि नयाँ hope बनेकी छन्।

गत आर्थिक वर्षमा नेपाली अदुवाको Export ५८ करोडबाट बढेर रु. १ अर्ब ५० करोडभन्दा बढी पुगेको छ। पहिले केही limited markets मा मात्र पुग्ने नेपाली अदुवा अहिले Bangladesh, Australia र UAE सहित ७ देशमा export भइरहेको छ। किसानको मेहनतले income बढाउनुका साथै नेपाली अदुवालाई global market मा चिनाउने बाटो पनि फराकिलो बनाइरहेको छ।

कञ्चनपुरका Dr. Kamaleshwar Bhat ले lockdown को समयमा “उपचारभन्दा रोकथाम राम्रो” भन्ने सोचका साथ ‘कृषि क्रान्ति’ page र YouTube Channel सुरु गरे। पशुपालन क्षेत्रको experience लाई digital content र Zoom training मार्फत किसानसम्म पुर्‍याउँदै आज उनको Page मा ३ लाख ४० हजारभन्दा बढी followers छन् भने daily १००+ किसानका calls आउने गर्छन्। Veterinary knowledge share गर्दै उनी आज किसानका लागि भरोसाको Doctor बनेका छन्।

भारतमा डेढ दशकको experience पछि नेपाल फर्किएका Ujjwal Shakya ले पाटनस्थित आफ्नै घरबाट नेपाली Kidswear brand Nino सुरु गरे। करिब रु. ३० लाख investment गर्दै उनले नवजात शिशुदेखि १० वर्षसम्मका बालबालिकाका लागि quality clothing उत्पादन विस्तार गरेका छन्। आज Nino विभिन्न शहरमा उपलब्ध छ भने seasonal र cultural wear समेत produce गर्दैछ। नेपालमै quality kidswear बनाउन सकिन्छ भन्ने विश्वासका साथ Ujjwal Nino लाई नेपाली बालबालिकाको leading brand बनाउने लक्ष्यमा अघि बढिरहेका छन्।

अन्नपूर्ण क्षेत्रमा गत Fiscal Year मा १६९ देशका ५ लाख ८ हजारभन्दा बढी Foreign Tourists पुगेका छन्, जुन अघिल्लो वर्षको तुलनामा झन्डै दोब्बर हो। Indian Tourists को संख्या पनि उल्लेख्य रूपमा बढेको छ भने पोखराका होटलहरूको occupancy ९०% सम्म पुगेको थियो। बढ्दो tourist flow ले अन्नपूर्णलाई मात्र होइन, नेपालको Tourism Industry लाई समेत थप boost दिएको छ।

Known as the "Dragon Queen," Kalpana Gauli from Byas, Tanahun has successfully built her identity across teaching, entrepreneurship, and agriculture. After 16 years as a teacher and 15 years running a boutique business, she entered commercial organic dragon fruit farming in 2022. With an investment of around Rs. 1.55 crore, she established "माँ अम्बे अलौकिक कृषि फार्म", which now generates over Rs. 20 lakh in annual income. Through her journey, Kalpana has shown that with hard work, patience, and self-confidence, women can excel in any field they choose.

Doctor बन्ने सपना बोकेकी Anusha Thapa को journey एउटा Fine Arts को notice देखेपछि नयाँ मोडमा पुग्यो। Graphic Designer को रूपमा काम गर्दै Langtang यात्राबाट inspired भएर उनले 2023 मा 'Ameya Studio' सुरु गरिन्। सुरुवातमा ठगिएर पैसा गुमाए पनि हार नमानी अघि बढेकी अनुशा आज ११ जनाको team सहित नेपाली संस्कृति र यात्राका अनुभवलाई handmade jewelry मार्फत मौलिक डिजाइनमा प्रस्तुत गरिरहेकी छन्।
