About yesterday! Glimpses from this Saturday's Farmer's Market

PHCA is a young organization working in the hospitality sector and we believe in sustainability and collaboration with allied industries and stakeholders. We are working our way towards redefining the foundations of the hospitality industry in Nepal and we believe farmers play a crucial role and contribute to quality assurance, customer satisfaction and sustainability of the hospitality industry in Nepal. Also, we encourage our students to research, study and be proud of their culture, their crops, ingredients and products and bring forth the knowledge when preparing and presenting a dish. Therefore, PHCA has taken the initiation to start PHCA Farm to Table, a weekend organic farmer’s market every Saturday, 8:00AM to 2:00PM.

We would like to extend a cordial invitation to all of you to come along and enjoy the organic food products and ingredients at PHCA! Here is a glimpse of the farmer's market that happened on the 27th April at PHCA.
