सूर्योदय नगरपालिका वडा नं. ५, समालबुङमा सुरु भएको पठन संस्कृति विकास कार्यक्रम विशेष शैक्षिक कदम हो ।

यो हरेक विषयको जग बलियो बनाउने, हरेक बालबालिकाको सिकाइको सम्भावना उजागर गर्ने र समग्र शिक्षालाई अर्थपूर्ण बनाउने अभियान हो।

पढ्ने बानी विकास भयो भने—
भाषा मात्र होइन,
गणित बुझिन्छ,
विज्ञान सोचिन्छ,
समाजलाई विश्लेषण गर्न सकिन्छ।

पठन संस्कृति नै सबै सिकाइको आधार हो।

आज हामी उत्साहित छौँ, किनकि—
सिङ्गो नगरपालिका परिवार, वडा नं. ५ र स्थानीय समुदायको साथ र हौसला हाम्रो साथमा छ ।
प्रअ, शिक्षक र Reading Coordinators को मनोबल उच्च छ ।
बालबालिकामा पढ्ने रुचि स्पष्ट रूपमा बढ्दैछ र देखिने गरि पठन संस्कृति विकास हुनेछ ।
नगर प्रमुखबाट कार्यक्रम विस्तार गर्ने प्रतिबद्धता प्राप्त भएको छ ।
प्रमुख प्रशासकीय अधिकृतको सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण र निरन्तर साथ छ ।
शिक्षा शाखाको सहकार्य र सौहार्दता प्रेरणादायी छ ।
वडा अध्यक्ष उर्गेन बम्जनको 'गरिहालौँ, गरिछाडौँ' भन्ने नेतृत्वले उत्साहप्रद गति दिएको छ ।
सौरभ आचार्यको सहजीकरणले अभियानलाई थप मजबुत बनाएको छ ।

यात्रा आरम्भ भएको छ।

परिणाम हासिल गर्नु चुनौतीपूर्ण अवश्य छ—
तर स्पष्ट लक्ष्य, बलियो सहकार्य र निरन्तर प्रयासले यो पूर्ण रूपमा सम्भव छ।

अबको लक्ष्य केवल पढ्नु होइन—
पढ्न मन लाग्ने बनाउने
सोच्ने र विश्लेषण गर्ने बनाउने
सिर्जनात्मक रूपमा लेख्न सक्ने बनाउने
आत्मविश्वासका साथ प्रस्तुत गर्न सक्ने बनाउने
- यही हो वास्तविक पठन संस्कृति ।

हामी साना तर दृढ पाइला चाल्दै अघि बढिरहेका छौँ—
आजको प्रयासले भोलिको सक्षम पुस्ता निर्माण गर्नेछ।

यो केवल हाम्रो अभियान होइन,
यो हरेक विद्यालय, हरेक समुदायले अपनाउन सक्ने रूपान्तरणको मोडेल हो।

आउनुहोस्—
पठन संस्कृतिलाई प्राथमिकता दिऔँ,
