Great initiative
This is not just election: Its the Then & Now, Right & wrong, a greater filteration.
Unlike personality-driven politicians, intellectuals prioritize evidence-based policymaking. In areas such as judicial reform, human rights, criminal justice, and anti-corruption frameworks, legal experts bring long-term vision rather than short-term political gain.
Strengthening parliamentary culture
Democracy does not survive on elections alone—it survives through deliberation. Scholars like Dr. Sangroula elevate parliamentary discourse, challenge vague or unconstitutional proposals, and insist on clarity, precision, and accountability in lawmaking.

A thought provoking idea.
Open Awareness ****
From Trade War to Trade off. Donald j. Trump and Xi Xing Ping will now be willing to trade off Tiwan over Greenland. The two Economic Powers seemed to be negotiating there national interest.
Where if such condition arises in south asia the situation seems very difficult for small countries. Domestic political stability is must we cannot play the sand castle right now when we know the there is thunder over the ocean.
A national consesus on foreign policy is must for a country like Nepal. The thunder in 2025 is likely to bring a stormy rain in South Asia which if not prepared and wash away bigger pieces of earth.
After major shift in petro dollars to petro yuan(RMB) to the ideas of brics currency and latin American using one currency, the american aggregation is likely to restrain the shift of power however this will demand small nations find a bigger global allies. Country like Nepal,Bhutan Bangladesh should unite under greater global alliance.

Strong Condemnation of the Attack on Senior Advocate Dinesh Tripathi
We strongly condemn the attack on Senior Advocate Dinesh Tripathi by supporters of Ravi Lamichhane. Such acts of violence are not only unacceptable but also a blatant challenge to the principles of rule of law and freedom of expression.
We urge the concerned authorities to take immediate legal action against the culprits and ensure justice is delivered without delay.
Let us stand united against such unlawful acts and uphold democratic values.

At the ICJ's oral hearings on the advisory opinion on climate change, Nepal delivered a compelling statement underscoring the disproportionate burden faced by nations with minimal historical contributions to the crisis. Highlighting over $1.3 billion in economic losses from climate-induced disasters this year, Nepal called for urgent compensatory climate justice through strengthened international cooperation.
