Tell your grand parents, parents, or any older person you know just how much you appreciate them.
And always,
Respect Elders.
If not, at least do not "disrespect".
Help the aged.
Say no to age discrimination.

Reach out to your friends who are in need, tell them you care. Tell them they matter.
Not only today but everyday, take special care how you speak to others. Closely listen them and speak with respect. STOP whining, criticism and complaints.

CFS bhaktapur has closed from today, we used to be with 55+ children daily. We are thankful to the very dedicated volunteers and very supportive locals.
