In today's market Bank & Financial Institutions are the most happening and transparent sectors in the country. Today most of the Nepalese students are attracted to this sector because of the excellent career growth and due to the attractive financial packages to the employees. Therefore we at BTI have been conducting various training programs for more than 8 years specially for fresh graduates and non-bankers who want to pursue their career in the banking sector.We offer following three different types of courses:
(i) General Banking Course
This course is designed for the fresh graduates who are interested in developing their career in banking sector. The course extends the core theory introduced in banking sector by emphasizing its practical applications to the students. This course is also designed for those who are working in banking sectors and the staffs working in corporate houses. The theme of the course is value based training in short span of time. The course content includes in it the following topics:
(ii) Comprehensive Banking Course
This course is designed for newly appointed fresh bankers who are interested to learn about the core theory introduced in banking sector and its practical applications. This course is also designed for those who are working in banks and for the staffs working in corporate houses. The course will help you to identify the main issues of banking sector. Trainees are motivated to put their own effort in finding the solution so they can enhance their overall banking knowledge and can be more competitive in the market.
(iii) Intermediate Banking Course
Considering that the no. of Banks and Financial Institutions has increased significantly during the last few years and the same has created a situation of lack of trained human resources, we are conducting Intermediate Course in Banking. All areas of banking are covered thoroughly during the training program. The training will be conducted by training and qualified banking professionals. The training is expected to be useful for the existing Officers, Branch Managers, Unit Heads to enhance their knowledge in this field. Similarly, the training will be useful for bank staff wishing to enhance their overall knowledge in banking. Students who have already taken GBC will also find the training useful as all areas of banking will be covered thoroughly with a balanced approach between theoretical and practical aspects.

Shift : (i) 7:00am - 9:00am (Morning)
(ii) 1:00pm - 3:00pm (Day)
(iii) 5:00pm - 7:00pm (Evening)
