Dear Parents/Guardians,

Please be informed that, in accordance with the decision of Chandragiri Municipality, and considering the prevailing adverse weather conditions and potential risks associated with heavy rainfall, the school will remain closed tomorrow, Friday, 9th Ashoj 2083 (25th September 2026).

Accordingly, there will be no regular classes, Secondary Morning or Evening Classes, after-school activities, or school team training sessions tomorrow.

Furthermore, all after school sports activities and training sessions will remain suspended from 9th to 11th Ashoj 2083 (25–27th September 2026).

We request all parents/guardians to prioritize the safety of our students and avoid unnecessary travel during this period.

According to the weather forecast issued by the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, there is a possibility of continuous heavy rainfall across various parts of Nepal, including Bagmati Province, from Thursday, Ashoj 8 to Monday, Ashoj 12.

During this period, there may be an increased risk of rising water levels in rivers and streams, flooding, landslides, strong winds, and other weather-related hazards. Therefore, we kindly request all parents/guardians to pay special attention to the safety and well-being of their children and family members.

Parents/Guardians are particularly requested to:

🚌 Ensure safe transportation: Students using school transportation or other means are requested to be safely accompanied to and from the bus station/pick-up point whenever necessary.

🚶 Ensure safe travel: Please ensure that students walking to and from school have a safe route and are accompanied if the weather conditions require it.

🌧️ Avoid unnecessary risks: In the event of extremely heavy rainfall, flooding, landslides, strong winds, or unsafe road conditions, please avoid exposing children to unnecessary risks.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Prioritize children’s safety: The well-being of our students should always come first. Please take all necessary precautions during this period.

यस अवधिमा नदी तथा खोलानालामा पानीको सतह बढ्ने, बाढी, पहिरो, तेज हावाहुरी तथा अन्य मौसमजन्य जोखिमहरू बढ्न सक्ने सम्भावना रहेको छ। त्यसैले सम्पूर्ण अभिभावकज्यूहरूलाई आफ्ना बालबालिका तथा परिवारका सदस्यहरूको सुरक्षा र स्वास्थ्यमा विशेष ध्यान दिनुहुन हार्दिक अनुरोध गर्दछौँ।

Dear Parents/Guardians,

This is to inform you that the Government has declared Tuesday, 23rd Bhadra 2083, a public holiday on the occasion of Gen-Z Sahid Diwas.

However, the following activities will be conducted as scheduled:

- Grade 10: Regular morning and day classes will be conducted until 12:50 PM. The transportation notice, along with the respective timings, will be shared through the School App.
- School Team Futsal and Basketball Training: Training will be held from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
