My last little adventure in Singapore, realised I have forgotten to pack my medication (had 7 days packed to travel) so cue the panic attack, some googling, getting lost, a failed Telehealth attempt and finally a Dr to get enough medication to last the rest of my trip. Time to wander, one last fling with a sling and the best part was the otter swimming past!!! The rain tried to ruin my day so I headed underground for a while and moved with the throng of people in upside down!

Bay of Gardens , pouring rain and a cycle home that got me a little lost……well let’s just say directionally challenged. 😜😜it’s all part of the adventure!

When you get a gift for your 50th birthday that is so perfect, so personal that tears flow and you feel so seen, so loved and so accepted that you know that friend will be your ride or die forever!!

Creating new neural pathways as an almost 50 year old, neuro spicy, peri menopausal woman is tough! I may have shed some self doubt fueled tears today as my brain struggles with the new information load.

Over the last few years I have been on a transition as I moved through grief, loss, change, parenting amazing complicated children, loving a soul shadowed by PTSD and my own journey through healing CPTSD. I have been so blessed to have had some amazing guides, mentors and teachers to show me that life had more, pain was not my future and that my purpose was so much stronger than even I could see. I will do a post to thank each of those amazing souls to share how they challenged my thinking, pushed me and opened my mind to the existence of infinitely more than I could imagine. My purpose is so strong now, I know I am a healer of hearts, a cycle breaker, a woman who will stand for others and show them the light of their own magic. The fire in me is so strong as I shed my old skin and step into an amazing new season of my life filled with soul sisters, love and an amazing soul mate to share my vision, to hold me when I am lost and show me the path that my trauma hides from me.
