In today’s fast-paced business environment, making data-driven decisions is crucial. Our training empowered participants to navigate risks, evaluate strategic options, and position themselves as market leaders. Over 15 transformative hours across five engaging days, attendees experienced a journey from operational insights to tactical ex*****on and strategic vision—enabling operational leaders to influence the boardroom with their decisions and implementation plans, pursuing a higher alignment of goals with achievements.

Our deepest and most heartfelt condolences go out to the families, friends, and loved ones of Nirmal 'Nimsdai' Purja, Pur Bahadur Gurung (Yukta), Nima Sherpa, and all the climbers who perished in this devastating tragedy on Broad Peak. The global mountaineering community mourns the loss of such courageous souls.
Nimsdai showed the world that nothing is impossible, and though he rests forever in the snows he loved, his towering legacy will continue to inspire generations to climb higher.

We are happy to share that our recent two-day training session with the Renewable Energy For Resilient Agri-Food Systems project (RERAS/UNDP) was a great success! The first day focused on AI Training, where the enthusiasm and engagement of the participants were truly commendable. It was inspiring to witness such eagerness to learn and explore the possibilities of artificial intelligence to build efficiency, supporting the project work activities.

The second day centered around Team Building and Communication, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and effective communication within teams. The proactive participation from everyone made it an enriching experience for all involved.

Nepal Speakers Bureau recently facilitated an impactful session titled "Redesigning Life and Rewriting Stories" for the participants of the Remi Project in Chitwan.
This session showed how to draw on individual potential to discover new opportunities and open doors to fresh possibilities. Returnee migrant workers, who were also employed in the project, shared their invaluable experiences, inspiring others to transform challenges into pathways for success.

We had an incredible time conducting a Professional Etiquette and Communication Training for the diverse team members of the Ministry of Women, Children, Gender and Sexual Minorities, and Social Security. (MoWCSS)
Our goal is to empower each member to become a role model for other entities within the ministries, fostering a culture of respect and professionalism. We delved deep into essential skills for effective communication with clients, all while emphasizing the importance of maintaining the privacy of our institution.
The session, led by Rajesh Pathak, was met with enthusiasm and appreciation from all participants.

We recently wrapped up an inspiring two-day teambuilding training session for the entire team at the Divisional Forest Office in Gulmi. The event, facilitated by Rajesh Pathak, was graced by the insightful observations of Secretary Pramod Bhattarai from the Ministry of Forest and Environment, Lumbini.
Senior Division Forest Officer Prem Shankar Chaudari praised the workshop for rejuvenating the team and connecting practical knowledge to daily life and workplace challenges. The idea of building trust, mutual collaboration, accountability and integrity, and effective communication was taught through experiential learning.
In between a quick gathering with songs and dances, showcasing the rich cultural mix of our community.

We had the incredible opportunity to conduct a 12-hour intensive training for the team members of the National Inclusion Commission in Nepal. Participants from all levels came together to learn how to effectively leverage AI in their workplaces.

During this session, we covered:

Writing reports with AI assistance
Creating impactful slide presentations
Conducting authentic policy research
Developing multimedia tools, including videos and graphics
Promoting responsible AI usage
Data filtering and analysis
Customized workflows

Nepal Speakers Bureau recently facilitated a Review and Reflection Meeting for organizations involved in the Transforming Lives Through Nutrition (TLTN) project, a life-saving initiative run by a consortium—including Helen Keller International (HKI), iDE, and Vitamin Angels—and funded by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This project focuses on improving maternal and child health through breastfeeding promotion, complementary feeding, and acute malnutrition management in underserved areas of Dang, Kapilvastu, Rupandehi, and Nawalparasi West. - Event Held in Chitwan Sauraha
A heartfelt thank you to Kalika Self-Reliance Social Centre and Helen Keller International for their support. The day centered on enhancing the morale of our Nutrition Facilitators (NF) through Appreciative Inquiry-Based Leadership. Led by Mr. Nara Bahadur Karki, participants explored Positive Deviance and motivation strategies for nutrition facilitators, while Facilitator Rajesh Pathak engaged everyone in participatory sessions to discuss the achievements, and assisted with collaboration. .
