KFA Training successfully conducted a workshop on "Branch Effectiveness: Operational Risk Management, Service and Communication" on 16th May, 2026 at the KFA Building.
The session was led by Ms. Euden Koirala, Leadership, People and Culture Development Consultant, who shared valuable insights on operational excellence, effective communication, and service efficiency within branch operations.
