📢 We’re Hiring: English Language Instructors (Full-Time Positions – 3)
📍 Location: Kathmandu | 🕗 Time: 8 AM – 5 PM (On-site)
Role Overview
We are looking for passionate and fluent English Language Instructors to join our team in Kathmandu. Instructors will teach English communication and IELTS courses, design engaging lessons, prepare materials, and guide students toward achieving their goals.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Strong command of spoken English
✅ Must have personally appeared in one of the following exams:
IELTS: Overall 7.0–8.0 (Speaking ≥ 7.5 for IELTS Instructor)
PTE: Score above 70 (Speaking ≥ 76)
TOEFL: Score above 90 (Speaking ≥ 22)
✅ Fluent English with a US or UK accent (highly preferred)
✅ 1+ years teaching experience preferred
✅ Freshers or young enthusiasts with excellent English proficiency are highly encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 1-on-1 classes for English and IELTS students (including non-Nepali learners)
- Deliver engaging lessons covering all test modules
- Create and update study materials, practice exercises, and mock tests
- Evaluate student progress and provide personalized feedback
- Maintain student records and motivate learners to achieve their targets
Work Details
🧭 Type: Full-Time (On-site)
🕘 Working Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
Salary Range
💼 Basic Level Teacher: NPR 25,000 – 35,000
💼 IELTS Instructor: NPR 30,000 – 40,000
Preferred Qualifications
Teaching certifications such as TESOL / TEFL (plus point)
Valid IELTS, PTE, or TOEFL score
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Lesson planning and classroom management skills
Adaptable, student-focused, and dedicated to quality teaching
🎓 Who Can Apply
Freshers, university students, or recent IELTS/PTE/TOEFL candidates with strong spoken English and up to one year of teaching experience are highly encouraged to apply.
