Job Description:

As a Business Development and Sales Manager at Ecourses Nepal, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our platform. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about sales, marketing, and fostering strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. One of the key requirements for this role is the ability to confidently explain the value propostion of Ecourses Nepal to Senior Management levels in other organisations. Candidates must be well groomed and very presentable to execute this role with a good command in both English and Nepali.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Driven: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Understanding of Marketing: Understanding of key marketing strategies to help grow the B2B and B2C business

Strong B2B Sales Acumen: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential B2B clients, including Educational institutions (Colleges and Schools), Corporations, Government and Non-Government INGO/NGO agencies and Education consultancies nationally.

Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients in group settings, effectively communicating the value proposition of Ecourses Nepal.

New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales and business development roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to prepare and present presentations to external organisations
Prior experience in the education consultancy, e-learning or education industry is a big plus
