Vinayak Siddha College organized a teacher training session entitled "Faculty Interaction, Academic Alignment, and Professional Excellence Program" for the Academic Session 2083. The program was designed to strengthen professional competencies, promote academic alignment, and enhance institutional collaboration among faculty members.
The training session was conducted in three major segments:
First Session
The first session was facilitated by Govinda Ghimire, Academic Consultant. He focused on teachers' professional development planning, curriculum alignment, and VSC planning, emphasizing the importance of continuous professional growth and effective academic planning for quality education.
Second Session
The second session was delivered by Binay Simkhada, Principal of VS School. He discussed the institution's code of conduct, professional etiquette, and the importance of adhering to established routines and schedules to maintain a disciplined and productive academic environment.
Third Session
The final session was conducted by Ram Krishna Simkhada, Campus Chief. He highlighted the historical development, current status, and future directions of VSC, providing faculty members with a broader understanding of the institution's journey, achievements, and strategic vision for the future.
The program concluded with active participation and interaction among faculty members, reinforcing a shared commitment to academic excellence, professional growth, and the continued advancement of Vinayak Siddha College.

Mrs. Adhikari is a highly respected education professional with extensive experience in the academic sector. Having served as Principal for nearly two decades, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the institution's academic excellence, fostering a positive learning environment, and guiding countless students and educators toward success. Her dedication, visionary leadership, and unwavering commitment to quality education have been instrumental in the growth and reputation of the school.

In her new role as Academic Director, Mrs. Adhikari will provide strategic academic leadership and direction, helping to further strengthen educational standards, curriculum development, and overall academic performance.
