This morning, after we returned to the hostel from our protest, the hostel was sealed. Soon after, the college dean, police officers in civilian clothes, and a large number of guards, along with local goons, stormed into our hostel. They forcefully entered the rooms of Nepali students, dragging us out and beating us brutally.

They seized our mobile phones, deleted all our data, and hurled abusive remarks about Nepal. While beating us, they kept taunting and insulting us. They continued assaulting us as they forced us into buses and drove us about 40 km away from the college. We were dropped off in separate, unknown locations, completely helpless.

Many of us were personally attacked by the college dean and police officers. They punched and kicked us, taunting, “Now speak up if you can!” At that moment, we were overwhelmed, unable to comprehend what had just happened.

Nearly 15 people, including the college dean, security head, staff, and police officers, were involved in beating us.

All we wanted was justice. We protested peacefully without breaking any university rules, yet this is how we were treated in return…
