We are looking for a confident, friendly, and organized Front Desk Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist students and visitors professionally
• Handle phone calls, inquiries, and appointments
• Provide basic information about study abroad Services
• Manage front desk operations smoothly

Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: +2 / Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Good communication skills in English and Nepali
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Email, Internet)
• Friendly personality with good customer-handling skills
• Prior experience in an education consultancy is an advantage
