Changing the learning environment away from a formal office, classroom or any confined indoor space creates an opportunity for learners to connect with each other immensely.
Going Outdoors, and using Game based Activities reduce the coldness between group members and enables reserved learners to bring the guards down and build a healthy relationship.
deliverables such camp programs are
1. Improving working in team abilities.
2. Enhance leadership qualities of all team members
3. Resolving intragroup or personal conflicts
4. Nurture interpersonal skills
5. Improves Communication Skills

What else ?
Spending time in the outdoors with nature has a positive impact on one’s mental health. As per a research by the University of York, taking part in outdoor, nature-based activities specifically leads to improved mood, less anxiety, positive emotions etc.
Interestingly, impactful results were seen when the outdoor activity included physical run around as well as engaging in conversation.
A health mind definitely leads to healthy well-being.

Glimpse of Team ISAAC on its recce hike of Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park Hill Top to design a hiking based nature learning & leadership program for School goers & College students.
Nagarjun Hill hike is a steep and short-strenuous hike passing through Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park. With Jamacho Gumba as the summit point at the altitude of 2150m (7095ft), regular adults & youths can cover this hike in 2-3 hrs one way.
This hiking route covers mesmerizing view of Langtang Himalayan Ranges after reaching the top on the Northside and beautiful looking crowded city on the south-east side. One may not come much across the Fauna in the National Park but plenty of Flora to study & learn.
