Presidnetial Literary club's first meeting was conducted on 25th, january 2014 in the presence of club advisor Mr. Sanjay Uppadhaya and 12 club members.

Though the meeting was informal but some of the major discussion was commenced in the presence of club coordinators, which will be passed by consensus in the 1st general meeting of Presidential literary club, on 1st feb 2014.

Discussions and Decisions:

1.Club's first formal meeting will be held on 1st february 2014
2.Notice about the club's upcoming activities will be circulated in each and every classes of Presidential business school BBA group which includes,
*finalising the active club members
* Book review, which will be done in every 1 month period.
* Movie review which will be done in every 2 weeks.
* Online library project
* Article writing and publishing PBS magazine
* visiting old age home
* fellowship with the club members.
