On the auspicious occasion of Buddha Jayanti, we successfully conducted the Orientation Program for BGBS 4th and 2nd Semester students.

It was a meaningful way to begin the academic journey, reflecting on the wisdom and teachings of the Buddha while setting clear intentions for the semester ahead. The program introduced students to their courses, academic expectations, and the deeper purpose of their studies.

We encourage all students to approach this semester with dedication, discipline, and a spirit of inquiry. May this journey of learning be guided by wisdom and compassion.

Wishing everyone a fruitful and inspiring semester ahead.

Today, with deep respect and gratitude, we humbly observe the 3rd anniversary of the passing of our most precious teacher, Lama Zopa Rinpoche.

Rinpoche’s life was a shining example of boundless compassion, wisdom, and tireless dedication to the Dharma and the benefit of all sentient beings. His teachings continue to guide us, his kindness continues to inspire us, and his vision continues to live on through the countless projects and students he nurtured around the world.

On this special day, we remember his immeasurable kindness and renew our commitment to practice his teachings—cultivating compassion, wisdom, and a sincere wish to serve others.

May we keep his legacy alive in our hearts and actions.
May all our merits be dedicated to fulfilling his vast and noble aspirations.
May his reincarnation come swiftly as soon as possible 🙏

On the occasion of Monlam Chenmo, the Great Prayer Festival. Which is more than an event; it's a testament to the enduring power of light and truth. The word Monlam itself translates to "Path of Aspiration"—a path we all walk together.

While we often see the massive gatherings and intricate butter sculptures, the core of this festival commemorates the time Gautama Buddha used debate and miraculous displays to defeat the challenges of conventional power, proving that the deepest truths are those of kindness, wisdom, and liberation.

This artwork is a visual prayer, honoring that victory and the thousands who have gathered for centuries to pray for gurus, for the Dharma to flourish, and above all, for world peace. May we all find our 'Wish Path' this season. *ai generated image

On the occasion of the New Year, 𝐊𝐨𝐩𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐲 and 𝐍𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐲 honored 𝐆𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐚 𝐍𝐚𝐦𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐏𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐬𝐨𝐠 by presenting her with an 𝔸𝕡𝕡𝕣𝕖𝕔𝕚𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟 𝕃𝕖𝕥𝕥𝕖𝕣, recognizing the successful completion of her 𝓽𝓱𝓮𝓼𝓲𝓼 𝓸𝓷 𝓥𝓲𝓷𝓪𝔂𝓪 — the valuable teachings of ethics and monastic discipline given by Buddha.

Through her dedication, research, and perseverance, she has deepened her understanding of the Buddha’s teachings and contributed meaningfully to the preservation of authentic Dharma.

Completing a thesis requires discipline, patience, and unwavering commitment — qualities that beautifully reflect the very essence of Vinaya itself.

We rejoice in her achievement and offer our heartfelt congratulations. May her scholarship continue to inspire others, strengthen the Sangha, and uphold the light of ethical conduct for generations to come.
