Malpi City School to Represent Nepal at Celesta International 2026 in Lucknow

Malpi City School, Nepal is proud to announce its participation in Celesta International 2026, a prestigious global festival hosted by City Montessori School (Aliganj I) in Lucknow, India, from August 22 to 25, 2026.

A delegation of eight exceptionally talented students will represent Malpi City School and Nepal across nine diverse competitive categories. The international platform will allow students to showcase their creativity, artistic talents, musical skills, and rich cultural heritage.

The delegation will compete in the following events:
* Visual Arts: Art and Painting, Mixed Media Art, Photography, and Videography.
* Performing Arts: Choir, Orchestra, Jingle Creation, Traditional Dance, and Choreography.

Two faculty members will accompany the student team to provide guidance and mentorship throughout the four-day convention.

Participation in Celesta International 2026 offers students a unique opportunity to interact with international peers, experience diverse global cultures, and refine their performing and creative arts skills. This experience aligns with Malpi City School's core commitment to providing experiential learning opportunities that foster creativity, collaboration, confidence, and global citizenship.

Making a Difference in Kavre!

On 13 August 2026, the Malpi Outreach Programme, Malpi City School distributed cloth bags and five copybooks each to 35 Dalit students of Bhaleswore Secondary School, Panauti.

Heartfelt thanks to Mrs. Ayushma Rana and Maya Mamata Foundation for sponsoring the bags and copybooks.

The Malpi Outreach Programme also provided students with biscuits, pens and pencils, along with refreshments for the school staff.

Together, we empower young minds and make a difference!

July 30-31, 2026 Splashing into Fun, Fitness & Lifelong Learning!

Our Grade I & II and Grade III students joyfully concluded their swimming sessions with smiles, laughter, and plenty of splashes!

The pool became an exciting Graderoom, where students learned through play while developing water confidence, physical fitness, coordination, discipline, teamwork, and essential life skills. The concluding sessions celebrated not only their progress in swimming but also their enthusiasm for healthy, active living.

At Malpi City School, every learning experience extends beyond the traditional Graderoom, nurturing confident, responsible, and well-rounded learners.

On Saturday, August 1, 2026, our students, teachers, and staff participated in the Save Bagmati Campaign near Guhyeshwari Temple, embracing the values of environmental stewardship, civic responsibility, and community service.

With immense pride and joy we share the outstanding performance of Team MCS at the International School Competition hosted by GD Goenka School, Siliguri, India under the inspiring theme "Birashat to Bikashad" celebrating the journey from heritage to progress.
