‘If I pass the IELTS test, I will move to Canada’.

This sentence uses the first conditional.

The first conditional follows the structure ‘if + present simple, will’, so you cannot say ‘If I will study …’. You must say ‘If I study …’. 📖

You can use the first conditional to talk about a future consequence that you believe is real or possible.
