APPLE Technique Breakdown: Ask: Pose a specific, predetermined question to the entire class before identifying a student to answer. Pause: Allow a 3–5 second "wait time" for students to think about the question, which reduces anxiety and encourages more participation. Pick: Call on a student by name. This often involves using a "cold call" method (randomly or non-volunteers) to ensure all students, not just early hand-raisers, are engaged. Listen: Carefully hear the student's response, fostering a comfortable, respectful atmosphere. Expound: Expand on the student's answer, praising correct points and scaffolding the information to deepen understanding. Key Benefits of APPLE: Increases Engagement: It encourages total participation rather than relying on the same few students, reducing the passive observer effect. Builds Confidence: Gives students time to process, making them more confident in their answers. Allows for Formative Assessment: Helps teachers immediately gauge if students understand the content. 5E Model Lesson Plan के हो ?

5E Model Lesson Plan भनेको सिकाइ–सिकाउने प्रक्रियालाई पाँच चरणमा विभाजन गरी विद्यार्थी-केंद्रित तरिकाले तयार गरिएको शिक्षण योजना हो। यसले विद्यार्थीलाई सक्रिय रूपमा सिकाइमा सहभागी गराउँछ।
पाँच चरण (5E Stages):
1. Engage (आकर्षित गराउने)
विद्यार्थीको ध्यान तान्ने र पुरानो ज्ञानसँग नयाँ विषय जोड्ने चरण हो।
जस्तै: प्रश्न सोध्ने, कथा/चित्र/भिडियो देखाउने

2. Explore (अन्वेषण गराउने)
विद्यार्थीले आफैं खोजी, प्रयोग र अनुभवबाट सिक्ने चरण हो।
जस्तै: समूह कार्य, प्रयोग, छलफल

3. Explain (व्याख्या गराउने)
विद्यार्थीले आफ्नो बुझाइ व्यक्त गर्छन् र शिक्षकले सही अवधारणा स्पष्ट पार्छन्।
जस्तै: प्रस्तुति, शिक्षकको व्याख्या

4. Elaborate (विस्तार गर्ने)
सिकेको ज्ञानलाई नयाँ अवस्थामा प्रयोग गर्ने चरण हो।
जस्तै: अभ्यास, समस्या समाधान, परियोजना कार्य

5. Evaluate (मूल्याङ्कन गर्ने)
विद्यार्थीको सिकाइको स्तर जाँच गर्ने चरण हो।
जस्तै: प्रश्नोत्तर, परीक्षा, गृहकार्य

Conclusion (निष्कर्ष):
5E Model ले सिकाइलाई चरणबद्ध, सक्रिय र व्यवहारिक बनाउँछ, जसले विद्यार्थीलाई केवल सुन्ने होइन, गरेर सिक्ने बनाउँछ।
