Now, Sri Aurobindo Yoga Mandir is an ideal home for more than 150 destitute children and 50 adults who get their basic needs fulfilled, learn life skills and learn the way to live harmonious, peaceful and efficient life on the path of spirituality and holistic living. Sri Aurobindo Yoga mandir is situated at the foothills of the Kathmandu valley. It is situated somewhat 7kms of the main part of the city. Lying on the lap of the Chandragiri hill (3000m) it harbors pure air, and peaceful surroundings from where the snow clad mountains and the green hills can be seen.
