Youth Vision Academy is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional **Receptionist** to serve as the first point of contact for our students, parents, and visitors.

# # # Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
• Answer phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries promptly
• Manage appointments, schedules, and student records
• Provide information about courses, admissions, and academy services
• Maintain the reception area and administrative files
• Support the admissions and administrative teams with daily tasks
• Handle basic office documentation and data entry

# # # Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: +2 (Intermediate); Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administration is preferred
• Strong communication skills in Nepali and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email applications
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
