No more repeated visits to college just to submit an application. Apollo International College has made the process of applying for certificates and official letters simple, convenient, and digital.

Whether you are a Passed-out Student, Back/Incomplete Student, or a Currently Running Student, you can now apply for eligible certificates and letters online from the comfort of your home.

📝 How to Apply?
1️⃣ Visit the Certificate Application Portal
Go to the online portal and log in using your College ID.
2️⃣ Select the Required Certificate/Letter
Choose the certificate or official letter you want to apply for and fill in the required details carefully.
3️⃣ Submit Your Application
Review the information, submit your application, and complete any required process/payment as instructed by the portal.
4️⃣ Save Your Application Number

After successful submission, you will receive an Application Number. Keep it safe—you can use it to track your application status.

🔎 How to Track Your Application Status?
You don't need to repeatedly contact or visit the college to know the progress of your application.

Simply visit the same Certificate Application Portal and use your:
👉 College ID OR 👉 Application Number
to check the current status of your certificate/letter application online.

🏫 Collect Your Certificate/Letter
Once your application is processed and your certificate or letter is ready, visit the designated department/college only for collection.
