आदरणीय अभिभावकज्यू/स्टाफ साथीहरू,
चन्द्रागिरि नगरपालिकाको निर्णयअनुसार तथा २०८३ साल असोज ९ गतेदेखि असोज ११ गतेसम्म प्रतिकूल मौसमको सम्भावनालाई मध्यनजर गर्दै उक्त अवधिभर विद्यालयका सम्पूर्ण गतिविधिहरू बन्द रहने व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैमा जानकारी गराइन्छ।
यस अवधिमा प्रातःकालीन कक्षा(Morning Classes), डे-बोर्डर्स कक्षा तथा सम्पूर्ण ECA गतिविधिहरू समेत सञ्चालन हुने छैनन्।
यस अवधिमा आफ्ना तथा परिवारका सदस्यहरूको विशेष ख्याल राख्नुहुन र सुरक्षाका दृष्टिले अनावश्यक यात्रा नगर्नुहुन सम्पूर्ण अभिभावकज्यूहरू र स्टाफ साथीहरूमा हार्दिक अनुरोध गर्दछौँ।
विद्यार्थी तथा सम्पूर्ण विद्यालय परिवारको सुरक्षालाई ध्यानमा राखी यहाँहरूले देखाउनुभएको समझदारी, सहयोग र सहकार्यका लागि हार्दिक धन्यवाद व्यक्त गर्दछौँ।

Dear Parents/Guardians/Staffs,
In accordance with the decision of Chandragiri Municipality, and considering the possibility of adverse weather conditions from 9th Asoj to 11th Asoj 2083, please be informed that all school activities will remain closed during this period.
This includes morning classes, day-boarder classes, and all ECA activities.
We kindly request all parents/guardians/teachers/staffs to take extra care of themselves and their families during this period and avoid unnecessary travel for safety reasons.
We appreciate your understanding, cooperation, and concern for the safety of our students and the entire school community.
