The Database Engineer is a domain expert in SQL (Structured Query Language). This individual will design and deploy data table structures, reports, and queries. This individual will work with Healthcare related data sources. The Database Engineer will be expert in analyzing large volume of data and be highly skilled in both presentation and efficient SQL query design.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze user requirements and design and deploy reports and queries that meet user needs.
2. Developing the PL/SQL/TSQL scripts, procedures, function, triggers and designing the database.
3. Responsible for importing, cleaning and analyzing healthcare data.
4. Optimization of existing sql scripts.
5. Solving the issues, find better reliable and efficient solution for the issues and applying new business logic in backend.
6. Research and Improvement
7. Data Quality Assurance

Qualifications:
1. 2-5 years of experience with SQL, PL/SQL, T-Sql, Sql Server/Oracle, ETL
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience
3. Strong in troubleshooting skills for performance issues and implementing the solutions
4. US healthcare data knowledge is Preferred
