🎭Annual Nepali Play: Falame Gate (फलामे गेट) 🎭

Budhanilkantha School is proud to share the immense success of our latest theatrical production, ‘Falame Gate’ (फलामे गेट)—written and directed by Psychologist and Educator Prem Narayan Bhusal Sir, co-directed by all the faculty members of our Nepali Department, and brought to life by 31 talented student actors across four special staging sessions from August 4 to August 7, 2026, for our senior students, basic level students, visiting representatives from 14 Valley schools, and parents.

Blending social realism with experimental theater as it traces a journey from childhood to youth, the play tackles critical issues surrounding child psychology, parental presence, and modern societal pressures, delivering a poignant message that time, love, open communication, trust, and emotional presence matter far more to a child's development than material wealth. 🎭🏫

The entire Budhanilkantha School family is incredibly proud to announce that our very own student, 7148 Nischal, has secured a Bronze Medal at the International Economics Olympiad! 🥉🇳🇵

Representing Nepal in Shenzhen, China, from July 12th to 20th, Nischal showcased his brilliance by competing against 350 of the brightest young minds from over 55 countries. This remarkable international feat is a true testament to his dedication, hard work, and exceptional academic talent.

Nischal, your achievement not only brings immense glory to our school but to the entire nation. You have proven that with passion and perseverance, our students can shine absolutely anywhere in the world. 🌍✨

A Historic Day of Inspiration at Budhanilakantha School! 🏔️

We were deeply honored to welcome Nima Rinji Sherpa, the world’s youngest mountaineer to summit world’s all 14 peaks above 8,000 mtr., as our Chief Guest for a special school assembly. His presence brought incredible energy to our school, inspiring our students to dream bigger and push beyond their boundaries.

The major highlight of the day was a landmark announcement by Nima Rinji. Through the 14 Peaks Expedition, he is offering selected Budhanilakantha students and teachers an extraordinary opportunity to participate in an Eveest Base Camp Research Trek, focusing on vital mountain and climate science research.

Students with a genuine passion for environmental studies will be chosen through a competitive school-led selection process. We extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. Ganesh Timalsina sir for coordinating this incredible program, and we thank Nima Rinji Sherpa for investing in the next generation of Nepali researchers, explorers, and leaders.

कार्यक्रमको गौरव बढाउन नेपाली साहित्यका विशिष्ट नक्षत्र, वरिष्ठ कवि, लेखक तथा समालोचक प्रा. डा. रामप्रसाद ज्ञवाली ज्यू मुख्य अतिथिको रूपमा उपस्थित हुनुहुन्थ्यो। कार्यक्रमको अध्यक्षता नेपाली विभाग प्रमुख प्रिया पौडेल गौतम म्यामले गर्नुभएको थियो। ✨

🕺कार्यक्रमको ढोका कक्षा ५, ६ र ७ का विद्यार्थीहरूको एउटा ऊर्जावान् र सुन्दर नृत्यबाट खुल्यो, जसको सानदार कोरियोग्राफी कला विभाग ले गरेको थियो। ✨यसका साथै, कार्यक्रम स्थलमा विद्यार्थीहरूद्बारा तयार गरियको भानुभक्त आचार्यका जीवन्त चित्रहरू, दुर्लभ पाण्डुलिपिहरुको नमुना र उहाँका कालजयी रचनाहरूको प्रदर्शनी समेत गरिएको थियो, जसले सबैलाई पुरानो साहित्यिक युगको झझल्को दिलाएको थियो। 🖼️📜

८१०८ कृतिको मिठो स्वागत मन्तव्यबाट सुरु भएको कार्यक्रमलाई ८०३६ रेहान र ८१०६ एन्जिला ले निकै रोचक ढंगले सन्चालन गरेका थिए। 🎙️👏

कार्यक्रमका संयोजक हरिशरण ढुंगाना सरले प्रमुख अतिथि प्रा. डा. ज्ञवाली ज्यूको नेपाली साहित्यमा रहेको अतुलनीय योगदान र उहाँका विविध कृतिहरूको विस्तृत विवरण प्रस्तुत गर्दै उहाँको ओजपूर्ण परिचय गराउनुभएको थियो। 📖✨

कार्यक्रममा विद्यार्थीहरूले आदिकवि भानुभक्त आचार्यद्वारा रचित श्लोक तथा केही प्रसिद्ध कविताहरू निकै मधुर स्वरमा वाचन गरेर सुनाएका थिए। साथै, कविता वाचन प्रतियोगिताका विजेता विद्यार्थीहरूले समेत आफ्ना उत्कृष्ट र मर्मस्पर्शी कविताहरू प्रस्तुत गर्दा हल पूर्ण रूपमा काव्यमय बनेको थियो। 📖✨
कक्षा १२ का विद्यार्थीहरूले आदिकवि भानुभक्तको जीवनीमा आधारित एउटा जीवन्त लघुनाटक प्रस्तुत गरे, जसको व्यवस्थापन ८१०१ जेनिसा र ८१४७ प्रकृतिले गरेका थिए भने उत्कृष्ट समन्वय हरिशरण ढुंगाना सरले गर्नुभएको थियो। 🎭🎬

कार्यक्रमको एउटा निकै सुखद र विशेष क्षण तब बन्यो जब हाम्रा आदरणीय कला शिक्षक राजेश मानन्धर सरले आफ्नो हातले कोर्नुभएको प्रमुख अतिथि प्रा. डा. रामप्रसाद ज्ञवाली ज्यूको निकै सुन्दर स्केच उहाँकै करकमलमा उपहार स्वरूप हस्तान्तरण गर्नुभयो। यो कलात्मक उपहारले कार्यक्रमको रौनकता अझ थपिदिएको थियो। 🎨❤️

नेपाली विभागद्वारा आयोजित कविता वाचन प्रतियोगिताका विजेता सम्पूर्ण जेहेन्दार विद्यार्थीहरूलाई प्रमुख अतिथि प्रा. डा. ज्ञवाली ज्यूको हातबाट पुरस्कार तथा प्रमाणपत्र वितरण गरियो। 🏅📜

सोही अवसरमा प्रमुख अतिथि ज्यूले नेपाली भाषा र साहित्यको महत्त्वबारे विद्यार्थीहरूलाई ऊर्जा भर्ने अत्यन्तै उत्प्रेरक एवं बौद्धिक मन्तव्य राख्नुभयो। विद्यालयका तर्फबाट आदरणीय प्राचार्य ज्यूले प्रमुख अतिथि ज्यूलाई दोसल्ला ओढाई सम्मान पत्र प्रदान गरि सम्मान गर्नुभयो र कार्यक्रममा उपस्थित सम्पूर्णमा धन्यवाद ज्ञापन गर्नुभयो। 🌟💐

अन्तमा, कार्यक्रमकी सभाध्यक्ष नेपाली विभाग प्रमुख प्रिया पौडेल गौतम म्यामले भाषा र साहित्यको संरक्षणमा नयाँ पुस्ताको भूमिकाबारे प्रकाश पार्नुहुदै, आफ्नो ओजपूर्ण समापन मन्तव्यसहित कार्यक्रमको विधिवत् विसर्जन गर्नुभयो। 🏛️❤️

🎨 Sculpting Creativity at BNKS! 🧱

Today, the Art Club of Budhanilkantha School successfully organized the Clay Workshop 2083 as part of our Calendar program!

The event kicked off with a warm welcome to our esteemed Chief Guest and Demonstrator, the renowned Senior Artist Pancha Ratna Dangol Sir, by our Outreach Coordinator U. Adhikari Sir. It was an incredible privilege to have a master craftsman inspire everyone with his artistry and vision.
The workshop saw a massive, enthusiastic turnout of more than 100 students from different houses of our school, alongside guest students from Chelsea International School who joined us as observers! The program was also graced by the encouraging presence of HS Dhungana Sir.

A massive thanks to our dedicated Art Club Coordinator R. Manandhar Sir, for managing and coordinating this fantastic hands-on experience, and to the Art Club for putting it all together. The event wrapped up beautifully with insightful concluding remarks from our Principal Sir.
