The Research Management Cell (RMC) of SWSC co-organized an international conference in collaboration with Steam Research Centre on 16 May, 2026 in the Auditorium Hall of the college. The title of the conference was “International Conference on Contemporary Research” with the theme, “Emerging Trends in Sustainability: Integrating Multidisciplinary Research.” 67 participants from various countries like Nepal, Canada, Thailand, India, Malaysia, etc. participated in the conference as paper presenters and participants. The Chairperson of the Steam Research Center, Ms. Namrata Gautam was the Conference Convenor, whereas the Assistant Campus Chief of the SWSC college, Mr. Hari Singh K.C. presented his paper entitled, “Impact of Transformational Leadership and Emotional Intelligence on School Management Effectiveness: The Partial Mediating Role of School Climate.” 12 SWSC faculties along with 8 volunteer students participated the program.
