Our preschoolers had a bright and cheerful day exploring the wonderful world of YELLOW through an exciting puppet show! 🎭✨
From the golden sun shining above ☀️ to twinkling stars ⭐, delicious yellow fruits and vegetables 🍌🌽, and many things around us, our little learners discovered the magic of this vibrant color in the most entertaining way.
The star of the show was none other than our energetic and passionate Tirtha Rana Mam, who brought learning to life with her delightful puppets and storytelling! 👏💛

The fun didn’t stop there! Our young explorers also enjoyed 🎾 ball games, 🎨 creative crafts, and a variety of hands-on activities designed around the yellow theme. Through play, creativity, and laughter, they strengthened their understanding of colors while making wonderful memories with friends.

What a joyful day filled with learning, imagination, and lots of yellow sunshine! 🌻💛

🌿💚 World Environment Day Celebration 2026 💚🌿

🌱 The day began with a special morning assembly on the theme “Plants Around Us,” where students learned about the importance of plants in sustaining life and keeping our planet healthy.

💃 A wonderful dance performance by our Primary students beautifully portrayed the significance of the environment, the threats it faces today, and the collective actions needed to protect and conserve our natural world.

🌳 Students also ventured into a nearby green space, taking time to observe, explore, and connect with nature. The experience encouraged them to appreciate the beauty and value of the green world around them.

🌿 As a step towards creating a greener future, our young environmental stewards contributed to the greening of Block B by planting trees and creepers, leaving behind a living legacy that will continue to grow for years to come.

Together, our students celebrated this year's call for stronger action and responsibility towards the Earth, reminding us that every small effort counts in nurturing a healthier planet for future generations.

Our morning assembly came alive with inspiring speeches, vibrant dances, and well-deserved awards, reminding us all of our shared responsibility towards the planet.

Students then took to the streets around the school, raising their voices for trees, biodiversity, and urgent climate action. Their message was clear: the time to repair our relationship with the climate is now.

Adding excitement to the day, the Kandaghari Owl Student Club hosted engaging stalls featuring local cuisines, owl conservation awareness, eco-games, and sustainable living ideas. From refreshing healthy drinks to delicious millet momos, parents, students, and visitors enjoyed a wonderful blend of learning and local flavours.

Together, we celebrated this year's World Environment Day theme — "Repairing Our Relationship with the Climate" — through meaningful action, community participation, and a shared commitment to a greener future.

The first Parent-Teacher Meeting of the academic session concluded successfully. We are encouraged by the active participation of parents and their commitment towards meaningful discussions that support every child's growth and success.

Our students turned awareness into action today! From creative biodiversity-themed stalls and handmade keychains & diaries to meaningful interactions with the local community, the day was filled with learning, creativity, and care for nature. 🌏💚

The Kandaghari Owl Club led an energetic rally spreading awareness about the importance of protecting the animals and birds around us. A special highlight of the day was spotting a rescued family of owls protected by local residents — a beautiful reminder that humans and wildlife can coexist with compassion. 🦉✨

Academic Session 2083 has begun with energy, learning, leadership and celebration at New Star Pole School! 🌟

🎖️ The Investiture Ceremony was held on 3rd Jestha during the morning assembly in the presence of the school chairman, principal and the entire NSPS family. Congratulations to the newly appointed Student Council, HOSC, Prefects and Class Monitors. We wish them the very best as they step into their new responsibilities with confidence, discipline and leadership.

💙 Our preschoolers filled the school with joy during the Blue Colour Day Celebration — from rhymes and dances in the morning assembly to beautiful classroom exhibitions and creative blue-themed activities.

📚 NSPS also had the privilege of hosting a teachers’ training program at R.C. Gautam Hall in collaboration with FECA. Early education expert Ms. Leena Thapa guided our teachers on the Busy Bee Book series, making the session insightful and inspiring.

🔥 Safety comes first! A valuable Fire & Safety session was conducted by Agni Nepal, where school staff learned important safety practices for both home and school.

🏅 During the morning assembly, medals for 100% attendance in 2082 were proudly awarded to 24 dedicated students, while 2 committed staff members received special trophies from our respected Chairman for their remarkable consistency and contribution.
